The Patient Clinician Alliance (PCA) unites patients and healthcare providers to transform healthcare delivery through collaboration and innovation. Our community-driven initiative is focused on creating meaningful reform where it matters most.
Our mission is to transforming healthcare by capturing authentic patient-clinician experiences, elevating diverse voices across the care spectrum, and streamlining system inefficiencies. Our approach tackles provider burnout at its source while bridging communication gaps through data-backed, human-centered solutions that make a real difference.
Our innovative approach, "3rd Conversation," brings patients and clinicians together, whereas traditional approaches (patients talking among themselves and clinicians talking among themselves) fall short. Unlike one-time events, our facilitated dialogues create ongoing, measurable, actionable outcomes that drive meaningful healthcare system improvements.
Healthcare is experiencing an unprecedented crisis that affects us all. The very people we depend on for our care are being pushed to their breaking point. This isn't just a problem for healthcare professionals—it's a critical issue that impacts patient care, access to services, and the future of our entire healthcare system.
Healthcare reform requires collaboration. No single individual—whether patient, clinician, or administrator—has all the answers. But by working together, we can improve the delivery of care, reduce inefficiencies, and build a stronger healthcare system.
Join us in this movement. Support PCA, engage in the conversation, and help make Rochester a model for national healthcare excellence.
Funding is needed to fully realize our vision, but partial progress can begin with your support.
